- What is SyncGrid Scale?
- SyncGrid Scale is software that gives a small business a team of AI assistants, called directors, in one boardroom. Overnight they find new local leads, write your follow-up emails in your voice, keep your customer list current, and draft your social posts. Every morning the work is waiting for you, and nothing goes out until you approve it. Founder is $397 a month, Operator is $897 a month, month to month.
- Does it send emails on its own?
- No. Every outbound message waits in your approval queue for an explicit yes. Approval is the send button, and that rule is enforced in the software, not in a policy document.
- Can it read my inbox?
- No. SyncGrid uses Google-verified minimal permissions. It sends what you approve and manages calendar events. It cannot see your mail or your files.
- Do I need Gmail?
- A Google account, yes. Your AI team sends what you approve and manages your calendar from your own Google account, Gmail or Google Workspace, with Google-verified minimal permissions. You can sign in with any email address, but the email and calendar work runs through Google. If your business email lives somewhere else, such as Microsoft 365 or a web host's mailbox, SyncGrid is not a fit for you today.
- How is this different from a CRM or a marketing automation tool?
- A CRM stores your contacts. An automation tool sends whatever rules you build. Scale prepares finished work, such as a lead list, a follow-up draft, or a week of posts, and holds it for your yes. You talk to the team in plain English instead of configuring workflows.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Plans are month to month with no lock-in. Your contacts, notes, and drafts are yours: download them any day from Settings, as one file or a contacts CSV. The monthly fee rents the team, not your data.
- What does the Operator plan add?
